Our History
Touched By Travel Corporation was first registered as a company selling travel back in May of 1991. The company was a sole proprietorship back then and was called "Frantz The Trip Maker" until January of 1999 when the corporation was formed and the name changed to Touched By Travel. Touched By Travel moved to North Ridgeville from Olmsted Township back in 1994. Our company has served the North Ridgeville area with a real sense of pride in our community. Our reach extends well beyond our immediate community as we have customers throughout Northeast Ohio and several other states. Our goal is to deliver individualized, personal attention to our customers by providing them with a stress-free approach to booking travel and receiving the best value in return.

Touched By Travel is well qualified to serve your travel needs. We are members of CLIA (Cruise Line International Association) and CTO (The Caribbean Tourism Organization) and ASTA (The American Society of Travel Agents). We are a full service agency and book trips to anywhere in the world! Our company specializes in Group Travel, cruises, and in trips to Florida and the Caribbean.We have several agents on our staff who are CLIA Accredited Cruise Counselors. Several of our agents are Bahamas, Aruba, and Puerto Rico specialists. Our company is a Sandals and Beaches certified agency. We are certified specialists in both small ships and large ships.
