My husband and I went on our first cruise organized by Touched By Travel to Nassau and the Bahamas. Joseph Frantz, his wife and the other people that organized the cruise made it so simple and fun. Everything was taken care of for us from the moment we arrived at the bus stop in Cleveland and until the bus arrived at Baltimore, Maryland, the overnight stay in Baltimore, the bus trip to the cruise ship the next day and the return trip to Cleveland after the cruise. to the Shores of Tripoli,” Mr. Joseph Frantz of “Touched
by Travel” in North Ridgeville has sent my brother John and
myself from Katzabue, north of the Artic Circle in Alaska, to
Cape Horn at the southern tip of South America; and from Helsinki,
Finland, to Christchurch, New Zealand -- also lots of places in
between.
We have found that cruising, flights and bus trips can be full of pitfalls, and Joe is an advocate for us in the event of problems. We do not have to “go it alone” with cruise companies or airlines -- and have had problems with both! I would never advise “on Line” booking -- a travel agent costs no more and frequently saves us money. Joe is careful, considerate, and always on top of the details. I would strongly urge and recommend the use of Joe’s travel agency, and at this time, to stay away from Tripoli!
